a uniform beam 6.0 metre long and weighing 4kg rests on support at p and q placed left and right 1.0 metres from each end of the beam weights of mass 10 kg and 8kg are placed near p and q respectively one each end ofthe beam.calculate the reaction at p and q?

Please I need solution to this question

thanks bro, could you help also in this one... A uniform pole 7m long and weighing 10kg is supported by a boy 2m from one end and a man3m from the other end. At what point must a 20kg weight be attached so that the man wouldsupport thrice as much weight as the boy?
