I don't think Malaysia is an Islamic State. Half it's inhabitants are indigenous Malays who are Muslims.

Only Muslims are expected to follow Islamic tenets and I doubt they are strict about it.

A Nigerian man, identified as Omofuma Christian, has died after slumping, today, in Damansara, Malaysia.

According to reports, he was just taking a walk when he suddenly slumped. He was later confirmed dead by paramedics.
