A friend got a mail from ministry directly, was rejected last week (quota limit), but I haven't received any email till now and the university appears not to know anything either. Such a long wait with no information. As anyone here been accepted for the scholarship yet?

It actually depends on the church. It's not all churches that have bureaucracy in meeting your church leaders. I met mine, told him what I needed, gave him the requirements to put in the letter and he called me the next day to pick it up. My church isn't Redeem though. A friend that had similar problem with meeting his church leaders decided to use his parents/birth church that was easier and more recognised by the scholarship body.

How is the recommendation letter to be written by the church

Check the scholarship site for details on the required content of the recommendation letter. Applications aren't open for next session yet though.

Pls can I take the letter of recommendation from any church or the church on the application system? Because on the application system I only saw Catholic Church of Nigeria and that isn't my church, I attend CAC. Can I take the letter from CAC??
