From your response and examples cited you agree that there was actually a sexual encounter between them which you don't see as rape right ? In Busola's case,if there was actually a sexual relationship between them when she was 17,then it is RAPE. This is called statutory rape because he had sex with a minor.

Listen to Adeboye's tape on COZA your question will be answered you need wisdom don't talk cheap.
What did ese the first accuser said? That COZA did not rape her but she felt manipulated after sex with him.

So she wants to tell us amongst all the guys who fuucked her it's only Biodun's trick that's manipulative?

I don't believe these ladies. I girl once called me an armed robber because I fuucked and never called her again. Luckily for me the person she was reporting me to who's my close friend without her her knowing we're friends told me. You can imagine how some ladies can be bitter.

Neymar's case has been dropped know body is criticizing the lady but if it were to be the other way round Neymar would have been dead.

when THE COURT PRONOUNCES HIM GUILTY NOT WHEN SOCIAL MEDIA SENSATIONALIST SAY SO.

you sha went to school and you know the reason for establishment of a court and it's functions to the people?

You also know the difference between a court and social media.lets all use our senses if we claim we're enlightened.sensationalism doesn't solve any issue

when we stop getting emotional over serious issues like this and stop sensationalizing everything maybe for once government will take rape issues seriously

YOU ARE ONE OF THE REASONS WHY RAPE IS TRIVIALISED IN THIS COUNTRY.if you let the matter rest maybe the court will be more proactive but since you have already judged biodun guilty on social media, why then do you need a court since social media is the New court?

I'm not even a fan of biodun or give a fok about him but let's be reasonable here
Re: Pastor Obafemi Banigbe Resigns As A COZA Board Of Trustees Member by teemy(m): 8:59am On Aug 02, 2019
Guys, topic on ground is waay off the scandal issue.

Pastor is based overseas, does not have time for board meetings here in the country and has other commitments and found it better to resign than be ineffective. (I wish politicians do this).

He has not left coza and is still a pastor there. The title self is sentimental as well as the OP's description of a simple resignation letter. (True but drama sauce added) grin

so when it's in court why can't you wait for justice to be served? Shebi Bible taught us that there is virtue in patience? If after the court decides to twist judgement or judge unfairly, then social media and human rights activist or other stakeholders concerned can decide to use social media to enforce justice and expose wicked and corrupted judges.but for now why can't you exercise patience.the Bible says wisdom is profitable to direct.moreso if you are passionate about bringing rape to an end why don't you pray for rape victims whilst waiting for justice and also pray that the rapists be exposed whether he is a pastor or not.

Justice is not found in uncontrollable emotions or gragra.be wise,be strategic,be patient so that the victim doesn't become the guilty and the guilty doesn't become the victim

Let her prove it in court I'm not quick to judge Biodun so soon because some women can be bitter especially when you don't end up with them. What I don't like is the quick judgement on Biodun.

Look at the case of Karim Benzima that picked a girl from the night club she was a minor and didn't tell him how do expect Benzima to know she's a minor? When in night clubs it's 18+ that are allowed to enter. And later that same girl accused him of statutory rape. Is that fair? After the case died no one criticized the girl.

You know one thing about women when they're younger a lady will inflate her age, when she's older she'll reduce it that's a typical woman. It's not fair how will allow sympathy to becloud our judgement let the court decides. Even Busola testimony was not straight. She claimed to be 17 when it happened and that was the year Biodun's daughter was born but fortunately Biodun's daughter was not born that year. She needs to explain that to the court.

What I'm trying to explain to you is that a woman who is bitter can set you up if Biodun was a wizkid or Terry G. They would have explained what exactly happened but the fact Biodun is pastor he can't do that on morale grounds.. That's why I'm giving him a chance to vindicate himself at the court. Some people just believe that Busola can't lie as a celebrity I don't believe anybody I'm giving both of them equal opportunity to defend themselves.

Wrong! The age of consent as stated in the penal code that runs in Northern Nigeria is 14 years. Busola was not a minor according to that law

Buhari should just go ahead and proscribe COZA as "immoral assembly", period!
babecode:
Three weeks after Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo stepped down as Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) over allegations of rape brought against him by Busola Dakolo, a board member of the Ministry has resigned.

In a letter addressed to Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo dated July 19th, Obafemi Banigbe said he was no longer interested in being a member of the COZA Board of Trustees, thus he tendered his resignation “with immediate effect and for personal reasons.”

Pastor Banigbe is the first member of the church’s board to tender a public resignation from the ministry, after Pastor Fatoyinbo stepped down on a leave of absence amidst immense pressure mounted on him by Nigerians.

It is the beginning of the end for COZA.

Though, the legal authorities in Nigeria are inconsistent, there will be a reckoning. And, soon too. Those who abuse others must be made to account for such abuses.
