Forget that theory. Ever since I got my A5 pro I have not gotten full charge. If it reaches 100% the charge indicator does not stop even if I charge from now till tomorrow.

exactly what happened to my A5 pro, I was moving an obb file got stuck pushed power button, never on since. ��

See enh dat phone get plenty hope to wake up again as u just need little patience.But my greatest worry is the engineer that flashed your phone.My question is how he got d A5 pro firmware bc a wrong firmware kills a device though can still b worked on.The "possibility" of a virus is expected bc u were coming from and old fone to a new one.The "mistake" u made was to press d power botton during d frozen saga.You would v left d phone to run its natural cause and bet u without with d power botton being pressed ur fone would still b working by now.Reason is bc u tried to stop an ongoing process forcefully.A5 pro CANNOT BE FLASHED WITHOUT FIRST UNLOCKING THE BOOTLOADER which could v been done only wen d screen is still alive.

Na d engineer b my greatest issue.A5 pro is new no firmware yet i think.

But e pain me ooo.

Lastly pls keep d fone for a while roughly a month probably i may likely help but na d first flashing by d engineer na im b my concern.

Change phone technician ....... That one no sabi work, then sabi work pass themselves........

Get the official ROM from Umidigi Community forum and seek a more qualified technician......

All mtk devices can be flashed even without unlocking the bootloader, which raises the probability of waking the device

If you can get the original firmware, I'll teach you how to flash even without unblocking the bootloader, only if the phone is still responding to pc
