Any time I sit down for like 3-4 hours, my feet always swell but it goes away after a couple of minutes.Also, when I slept off on the chair with my feet on the, same thing happens.I also notice something like fluid retention in my fingers.
What could be the cause? and is there any remedy to this?
To the medical personnels and people that know about this kind of a thing, please help.

I pass urine well.
On exercise, I play football like twice in a weak and I also normally in some light exercises.
