There is a certain man in Ibadan, apparently with so little of anybody in that town that he sleeps every night and day under the sun and the rain. He is from Urhobo (according to the testimony of his tongue) and his name is Eddie "Adupeyi" - from the little that has been gleaned from him (I am not too certain of how to spell the surname, and he was unable to either). He is above middle-age, fairly dark in complexion, with a reasonable mastery of the oral English Language, and - supposedly - a friend living in the same town of Ibadan, by the name of Isaac.

The man has been sighted for weeks now (at the very least) along the road leading from Bus-Stop Gate to Gbagi market, near Akingbade.

Any means with which this man can be given the needed care (be it by family, friend, or society) will be highly welcome.
