infact you took this out of my mind, the Chairman House committee on FCT does same to celebrate democracy day with his constituents. He first pack everything in his house and warehouses after which a date will be fixed for the event proper where items like vehicles, tricycles, motorcycles, sewing machines, grinding machines etc are distributed. Since this Utazi is a sitting senator, he has a good case here against the ICPC.
