But why do you think so? Is all well with Nigeria?

This is a good development, I urge the police to shot on sight.

So in your opinion it's not good to have dissenting views? Personally I am not for or against the protest. But the point is a lesson has to go out there to our leaders.

In the British colonial anals, 1929 is notable. Why? Aba women riot. If those ladies as unschooled as they were could achieve that then I feel sorry for an education that makes us cowards.

I see Sowore being the President of Nigeria mark my words. Do you know the promise made to the revolters in USA prior to their independence. If they thought like Keyamo America won't have been the land of freedom we all admire.

Guys if you don't support this stay on the fence. Don't critique. These guys are setting a precedence. A positive one. But maybe the naming was wrong, but it's a good precedence.
hush15:

thats not the point. even if he didnt, only one man stood to challenge it. others neglected it bevause they felt they lost. why not work with that one man to achieve the desired outcome.... thats the point.

Buhari might not win the elections by voting but thats because evil prevailed in the absence of good. If they knew, they would have rather reached a better compromise with Atiku than support this useless government

Didnt you here what Keyamo said during his ministerial screening at the senate, he said and i quote " as a private citizen, there is little or nothing you can do but by joining government and with the right opportunity like the one he is about to have, he can impact change"

thats the truth. Its just a question of choosing the right side. Keyamo made his choice cos he believes they have the edge. If Sowore and the likes, i mean fela, moghalu, and all the others had sat down with Atiku and discuss how to be part of the government, just maybe they would have had a better coverage and a united front against that tyrant in Aso rock right now

They want to violently overthrow a democratic system of government for their selfish interest.

With people like you Nigeria will remain backwards if you can't protest don't bad mouth. You criticize every single action but fail to take part in any.

It's enough to bravely to go out and protest without bullet proof knowing how our Security Agencies operate.

LEARNED HELPLESSNESS;

The psychological condition were we stop fighting/trying because it has proven to be ineffective to changing our condition.

As a result we settle for whatever we get.

I can categorically state this as a fact... Nigeria will never change.. No be curse.. Na fact

Isn’t that your fact (opinion) based on the psychological condition you stated above, as YOU have stopped trying.
Another thing is, “an opinion is just a mere expression of an idividual’s feelings that cannot be proven. I refuse to give up on Nigeria.

I like ur very Quote: " police to shoot on sight" at the Revolutionist. Meaning that ur Brain or cognitive process is working. But Chooses to shut down when it comes to apply same to Fulani Herds men. At that point they become ordinary Bandits involve in Banditry.

I thought you were smart.
You are using a mobile phone capable of surfing the internet, at least you can access Nairaland.
But it is obvious you don't have a dictionary app on your phone which requires at least 6mb to download or get from a friend through Bluetooth, xender etc. since you don't have a hardcopy dictionary.

Keeps me wondering why you're this dumb.
I'm sorry if I'm too obscene and vulgar in my language because you may be higher than I am materially, financially and even older.
But intellectually, you disappoint me.

Get a dictionary!!

CuriousMynd:
Policemen deployed to National Stadium Surulere Lagos State has dispersed RevolutionNow protesters with tear gas.

A FoxMeek correspondent who was at the scene on Monday morning reports that security personnel positioned to the Stadium fired tear gas at protesters.

Sahara Reporters publisher, Omoyele Sowore, had called on Nigerians to come out for what he tagged #RevolutionNow protest against the government.

Mr Sowore was, however, arrested by the Department of State Services (DSS) on Saturday.

Justifying Sowore’s arrest, the DSS said his action is a threat to public safety, peaceful co-existence and social harmony in the country.
