the daughter will not face drug related issue if dad escape , she will claim she is not aware of any escape plan, which she might defend in court easily , even if she found guilty she can just spend some months behind bars , the gang need the dad to be out , they don't even care if the daughter will replace him .

What baffles me is that fact that his daughter will stay in the jail in his place while he leaves.

Maybe there is some serious issue that needs his presence in the freeman's land.

Very Good observations, on a mission perharps to murder A witness, rival boss or do more Deals and he would have gotten away with it, because they would believe he was in jail when the crimes were commited.

His daughter must have been visiting him in the prison often times to see to his welfare. The officials would likely not apprehend the daughter and see her presence as one of those usual visits to her father.

I hear say for mexico or Brazil can't be sure,if u fit brake out of prison & them nor catch you, you will be free but if them catch you na higher jail sentence. I don't kwn if it's true.
