It's only Thawne that can manipulate time without disastrous c0nsequences cos of the negative speed force.

But the avengerz time travelling had no effects on the timeline which goes against time travel rules, hence our point that they didn't time travel but m0ve between dimensi0ns of mirror timelines. If u time travel, s0mething changes in ur own timeline or in an0ther case, u open an0ther timeline that isn't the one u came fr0m; and in such instances, u can't go back to ur original timeline.

Efforts to do that results in u creating other timelines. But in endgame, the avengerz came bk to the n0rmal timeline, brought a past than0s, nebula and gam0ra without anything changing. How c0me? Unless that wasn't past than0s, nebula, and gam0ra but characterz fr0m a mirror dimensi0n. Walahi, n0w i see the plothole. They just wr0te endgame just for the cash and hype built fr0m infinity war without sitting back to think things through.

Flash time travel did not effect the current DC timeline DC said it. it was Dr manhattan that made those changes.

For thawne case, its because barry allen generate the speed force, so only his time travel can cause multiversal effect. so boaster Gold also time travels.
Time Travel rules its simple, if i go back to 8.00am today, i have time travelled. even the quantum realm is almost like speed force in flash. because flash can see different universe, timelines in the speed force.

I m using flash comics again, there was a time flash and batman travelled back in time and they landed in the flashpoint universe but they could still travel back to the main DC timeline
