If the promotion is done by merit or evenly distributed amongst Nigerians not minding tribal, religious and political affilliations, that's fine with me. But u know naija nah, that can't happen. we know the real beneficiaries and those that will be excluded.

My Dad is Yoruba and he is among the list promoted to Level 17 Federal ministry of Education.
That segment has 40 names including 10 Yoruba people.

please, that's just one office. In my own office, its different, no be appointment or by selection, they wrote exams (written and oral) from one level to another.

You’re 100% correct. See full list attached. You can see from the attached screenshot that not a single South Easterner was promoted to Director under the Accounting cadre.

Note: full list can’t be attached because NL doesn’t allow file attachment. Omachi Raymond Omenka, Abah or any Igbo sounding name in the list are from Benue, Kogi and other non-South (Eastern) states.
