There are forest guards in all states, I remember when I was in ilorin , kwara state, they would arrest u if u r caught fetching fire wood from the forest zone...it's normal, it may not be about the herders....the southwest r doing similar thing...

.Ranching is the solution to the farmers and Herders crisis...

at least they are creating jobs while tackling this menace of herdsman
