Solution: it's either you get another phone entirely or you root your current one and change its imei and retry again. Your current device have been marked for 'illegal' usage of WhatsApp, you won't be able to use WhatsApp on it no matter how hard you keep trying.

Imei will not make any difference. MAC address changer will easily solve the problem
