The operators of this things could easily use them to wipe out "rebels" and much of humanity.
I think what is stopping the mass purge is slow and inadequate global coverage of Internet. Once the Internet becomes very fast and covers every inch of our planet, the operators of billions of the present & future robots that'll be scattered across the globe could use them to wipe out people that are threat to their evil rules.

Your fears about AI is legitimate, but you are amplifying only the possible disadvantages over the milliards of Advantages that AI presents. ManKind and Machines have always worked hand in hand, and it is always the prerogative of mankind to master machines and use them to their advantage, or their eventual destruction. Machines are Autonomous and at our service always. So you can use it however you want.

To whom much is given, much is expected. Your thoughts presently just as billions of people on this planet are automatically on the sentient cache computing unit. It is a painful process to the brain, but I could try and explain how you can hijack your mind from the mainframe, cos this moment, thought forms, memory systems recall and any other being just passing by, has influence on your thoughts. You are not a slave, you just have to know that it is natural, but it is your job to raise your frequency always, stay happy and generate positive thought forms within your frame of reality so you can attract positive elements of higher frequency, which will automatically attract resonant thoughts and emotions of that frequency.

But it is best to just change your mind, become a new happier person. Become a new Creature. That is what is meant by being born again, not that woo woo stuff of Religions.

Find a quiet place to deny all sensory inputs to all five senses. Without feedback loop for about 20 minutes twice daily, you will disconnect from the signal from your environment and use imagination to connect to higher frequences and generate inspiration to build your dream projects.
