I love in Ikotun and ajah.

Thomas Estate has good power, better security and in a strategic location but a mini flat starts from 500k there.

Owode, Langbasa has good light, security also in a gated estate and you can get mini flat starting from 300k.

Where else ���

Most of the gates estates have good security.

I'm not familiar with power situations in sangotedo, Abraham adesanya etc...
