Nigerians are reacting to the Twitter thread shared by the Nigeria Police Force in which they called out the Nigerian Army over the recent killing of three police officers by Army officers in Taraba state. The police in the thread, described the Nigerian Army's claim that the police officers killed in Taraba state were mistaken for Kidnappers, as disrespectful and unpatriotic. Using the hashtag #provideanswersNigerianarmy, the Police threw some questions at the Nigerian Army. You would have expected the Nigerian Police to handle this matter quietly in court, why bring it out to the public space? Are they trying to gather public sympathy or what? This is really shameful of them. ![]() |

This public display shows the very shameful levels our armed forces have sunk to and this is under the leadership of a former so-called General that idiotic supporters around expected that with his 'expertise' in the area, he would have 'led from the 'front' and revamped the Nigerian security structure. Instead, he is hung up on petroleum where he has zero experience and as is always the case with the cadaver-in-chief, he and his cohorts have destroyed what little professionalism our security agents had. Now, instead of impartially/speedily investigating and exposing the perpetrators plus instituting meaningful policy reforms as needed, they will try to ban twitter and social media! This nonsense should have seen the immediate resignation of the COAS and the commander of that battalion that murdered police officers but for where! The stupid police too will also arrest and jail citizens that come out to protest this injustice so we go just dey siddon look! |

Kai just look at how Nigeria has sank under Buhari so much that even the Nigerian Police is using harsh tags to seek for justice on social media over human rights abuse of it's men by the Buhari led Junta .. Very very sad ..If the Nigerian Police is using harsh tag to protest human rights abuse of it's men then what is left for the ordinary Nigerian |

Police restricted Nigerians from demanding for her right which includes yours. Now military killed your men and you can't kill their's. Just sight a military vehicle coming towards your checkpoint and open fire. Kill all of them if Buhari show face self, dash am one bullet so that he will seat up. At this point, I can assure you that Buhari is with his toothpick. |

If the army claimed to have mistakenly shot at the policemen, how come the handcuffed arm and legs suspect is no where to be found...? Verdict: They have collected their own portion of the N100m paid ransom the oil and gas dealer paid when kidnapped. |

KevMitnick:Are you one of those illiterate and uncivilized soldiers who think they have the right to kill? Soldiers have raised down villages, kill many with no repercussion and you are here talking about court and shame. SMH |

This makes it appear as though the country is on auto pilot. For God's sake, there supposed to be a commander in chief whom these agencies report to. That was how a former IGP openly disobeyed the President and nothing happens afterwards. To govern a country is no tea party and if PMB feels overwhelmed, he should save the rest of us this headache. |

From the foregoing, the so called kidnapper was working with the military commanders and the police found out. That team was sent to arrest and extract the man covertly. The army command got info of his arrest and sent boys to forestall the extraction... Next news... The kidnapper turns up dead, riddled with bullets after " exchanging fire with soldiers" Welcome to Naija... Hellish |
