I also experienced the same thing, I saved/printed the full page(the one you will see once you submit) since I couldn't print the acknowledgement form

Exactly, the error is from them...

I just wasted my data to download n install adobe acrobat reader thinking the reason I couldn't print like I used to is because I uninstalled it sometimes ago.

For those that don't receive link in their mail and also applicants that can't submit their application, relax for now. The web is congested and misbehaving.
