Riding with the trend can go a long way in improving trading outcome. It may be difficult to let ur profit run while trading against the trend cuz correction can occur at any time. Mind u, talking reversal for a downtrend, Most times it occur at support zones or on contact with a trendline in the upward direction.
Note : there is a difference between a long retracement and a reversal.
I am not sure what ur risk management means but a Trader without a good strategy in Fx is just wasting his / her time.

Price actually consolidating within this channel. I bought last week Thursday candle close. and still holding but I’ve been moving my stops to around 1.2100

The best time to trade is when this channel breaks by then price wont be consolidating. I’m stuck with the bulls and we praying we win this battle.
