2. The two villians are guys that uses lots of gadgets so it makes sense for them to be connected to stark industries the richest and biggest tech company in the world.
3. Tony stark introduced spiderman into the MCU, he was like a father to spiderman, so it makes no sense to forget him immediately in a movie that came after endgame.
