Procedure for hot milk cake

- whisk eggs in a bowl with hand mixer
- pour in sugar bit by bit and mix
- Add flour and baking powder bit by bit and mix
- heat up milk on a fire, add butter then stir for few minutes pour into into flour mixture and mix well add vanilla extract
- pour into pan and bake for 30- 35mins

Good morning beautiful people...Like I promised..below is the chocolate Ganache/Chocolate drip recipe

2 cups of icing sugar
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
3 tablespoon full of cream milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla flavour


Procedure...

Combine 4 ingredients together mix thoroughly.
You can add more milk if it's too thick
And add more icing sugar if it's too light..

Observe picture below you will notice the chocolate drip on the body of the cake I made ....

The whole cake with the chocolate ganache/drip....

I used 1m nozzle....there is a particular technique required when using the 1m nozzle to get that design of piping
