I just got this phone but I notice whenever I am receiving or making the LCD light doesn't turn off even when its close to my ear.. Please don't need help |

Probably the screenguard is blocking the sensor. Get an appropriate screen guard. Or if its the actual screen guard try removing it to test the sensor. And have the accessory guy properly reinstall it. |

I just remove the screen guard its still the same or is it the way the phone was designed |
