I have always maintained that the reason kidnappings along the kaduna-abuja expressway thrives is because there are certain highly placed big fishes benefiting from the ransomes collected! I refuse to believe that fulani herdsmen alone are the ones enjoying the huge millions of ransome collection from victims! for so long that road has been a menace yet perpetrators are only caught on pages of newspapers and not physically.....thank God this man's case, though in faraway Taraba, is bringing some serious revelations about kidnappings in the northeast and who even knows if he's got a hand in the kaduna-abuja expressway kidnappings along with his criminal minded highly placed friends.

Rubbish excuse. It is not the responsibility of the state Governor to provide funding for the Army divisions in his state. It is the FG that is responsible for funding the army and the Army HQ is responsible for distributing funds to all its formations. If the Governor likes, he can support but still, if he doesn't it's ok. This does not give state army divisions excuse to collude with criminals for money.
