Hello everyone, I started noticing itching and pain in my eyes when I look at light from my phone, torch, tv, laptop, my phone is on night shift and it still hurts, is there anything to do about this, like drugs or I should see an optometrist, but I don’t want glasses.

That's astigmatism. I once had it and it was corrected with a glass n some drugs.see an optician ASAP

How did you go about it? Seems i have same issue, it’s been over 1 year
