Though, this is not Nigeria. One of Nigeria's problem unfortunately is a fundamental one. How can we be productive when the teachers need teaching. Look at the conditions of admissions into higher institutions. Those with worst results are for colleges of education. "Garbage In Garbage Out"- GIGO! It only takes being naturally good to overcome your teachers. Another example is what happened in Edo.
