Let ipob know that when the president travels, he is under the protection of the host country.

Any attack on the president would be deemed as a terrorist attack or an attack on the sovereignty of the nation the attack was carried out.

They will not only be arrested but risk the potential of long time in prison.

They will also likely be proscribed in that country.
