This should be the minimum standard all over Nigeria not just Lagos..I wish this can be enforced..

Marked roads with drainage, signage, and ensuring everyone that drives on Nigerian roads attends a government certified driving school..

Because not all neighborhoods in Lagos pay the same level of tax grin grin grin

So you want rich people's money/tax to subsidize poor people's roads? In this Nigeria? grin grin

The simple reason is that heavy duty vehicles are not allowed to pass through those axis thereby making the roads to experience less pressure.

Please who can tell me what this yellow mark sign mean?

Meaning seen:

You MUST NOT enter the box until your exit road or lane is clear. However, you may enter the box and wait when you want to turn right, and are only stopped from doing so by oncoming traffic, or by other vehicles waiting to turn right.

False
We have about 5five area councils in Abuja, you can't use one to judge others. Internal roads in the other area councils are in a mess.
Meanwhile all the batteries in the cctv in Abuja has been vandalised by hausa boys picking scraps.
