The only thing I'd not condone in my company is indiscipline. If you like , wear an hijab to work. So long as it doesn't affect performance and output, no wahala. If you like, wear dreads to work but keep it neat. If it doesn't affect your work and you're good at what you were employed to do, no shaking. If you like keep beards but it has to be neat. In Male dressings, the only thing that would turn me off is when you wear a tattoo on your body and its exposed or you wear a stud or earring. I'd never consider you for work. But if its hairdo and it's well kept, it's cool by me.

True looks matters but then, it's our level of exposure/civilisation that make us feel each time we see a professional wearing a dreadlock or shredded denim trouser they're jokers to us, go to saner societies and you'd be speechless with dress modes as u can't even differentiate who's a medical doctor to a utility engineer. Truth is, if the doctor wasn't certified he wouldn't be there.

The 2016 Civil Engineering graduate is joining Alhaja Faosat Joke Sunni and Professor Rapheal Afonja who were last week nominated to join the 14 others who were inaugurated last week.

I have no problem punishing them since they are experienced and know what is right and wrong. But how do I punish an inexperienced staff saddled with serious responsibility? That's where the argument of that 27 years old chap comes in.

He's not managing a ministry, he's managing a commission. Ministries are Federal level, a Commission is nowhere near as large

my brother ministries apply to states too.There are state and federal ministries.Both state and federal have commission too.
