A 46-year-old Nigerian man, Obinna Stanley Ayanele, has been killed in South Africa.

A statement released by the president of the Nigeria Union South Africa, Adetola Olubajo, says Ayanele who hails from Uruala, Ideato North Local Government Area of Imo State, was murdered in cold blood by some criminals in his shop in Krugersdorp, Johannesburg, on Tuesday evening August 20th. The armed robbers attacked the deceased with the intention of stealing his money and items.

“With deep sorrow in our hearts, the Nigeria Union South Africa regrets to announce the gruesome murder of another Nigerian, the late Stanley Ayanele from Uruala, Ideato North LGA, Imo, aged 46. Until his death, he was a small scale business owner, a stockist of petty goods.

Ayanele was accosted by some criminals at his shop in Krugersdorp, Johannesburg in the evening of August 20, 2019 with the intention of robbing him of his money and wares. In the process, he was murdered in cold blood. He was brutally stabbed severally, and they smashed his head with a hammer thereby leaving him in a pool of his blood to bleed to death,’’ Olubajo said

Olubajo said two of the criminals who attacked Ayanele have been arrested by the South Africa Police Service, Krugersdorp Cluster Station.

Oga,it's not about attaching south Africans, read again ,it says criminals ,South Africans are equally killed as well like nigerians ,have you forgotten how they even kill their hero's like their goalkeeper and other celebrities,lucky dube too.south Africa is a crime ridden society ,you can get killed easily ,no body is spared .When driving ,tlcriminals can pull you up and get you killed just to take your car.my friend was shot dead because of a phone,a Samsung in broad day light .there are too many criminals on the street of sa.and it's due to their laws ,their laws are too soft ,they don't have death penalty .if you.kill someone ,in a matter of years you are out to continue .sa is bleeped up.
