I just did change of ownership through a VIO Officer n I told him I was going to confirm online... But he told me the site don't work anymore... He said u should try any plate number I see on d road which I did n they were all giving me invalid... Pls does anyone know any working site to confirm the authenticity of a plate number? I tried this site https://www.lsmvaapvs.org but all plate number is giving invalid

Check directly from Road Safety's https://nvis.frsc.gov.ng
It would take more than a month before Road Safety updates your plate number online

That site was stopped cos of some criminal activities going on in this country. The same vio would have assisted you cos they still have the admin log in to access that site that have been closed...The road safety site can only tell you that the plate number has been assigned to a particular brand of car. It can't go into details like the vio site. That will bring owners name, chassis number, engine number , vin number and even tell you about insurance

What do you wanna see in the plate number? Are you a VIO official? Those are the only people authorised to login into that site cos they have the admin password...don't encourage people to share plate number except you have other motives. ..You just registered on this site by June 2019...]

Plate number is either fake or it's yet to be uploaded by road safety.

I am currently facing this dilemma now. My number plate issued in 2020 is still showing invalid number plate. The person who assisted is far from me. I don't know what to do

I have similar issue now. A Lagos number was was given to me in 2020 and I still can't validate on frsc portal.

The site use to be opened for public but I was told some criminals started making use of people info .As a car dealer I pay for it. If you have a vio officer he can help u do that .. it will cost u only 4k to get every info
