A friend needs a loan of 10m with Interest for a business transaction and is willing to lay his property at Okota, Lagos as collateral. He intends for the loan period to run for 4 months.

The property is located in a Street off Okota Road, Okota - Lagos with the following, all sitting on 1.5 plots. All housing units in the property have been rented out as well, so it is providing cashflow as we speak.

*2 one storey buildings.
*1 generator house.
*1 security post
*2 room BQ


1st building has a five-bedroom duplex, all rooms ensuite with two living rooms.
Attached to this same building are 2 (units) three-bedroom flats.

2nd building has ,
*1 (unit) two-bedroom flat (downstairs)
*1 (unit) three-bedroom flat (downstairs)
*1 (unit) four-bedroom flat (upstairs)

He doesn't want to use the bank. He has tried it before and wasn't happy with the loan facility terms, interest rates and added fees.

A private dealing won't be as expensive as a bank's commercial rate.
