Never said nor implied it is. What i said is as it is, the embassy's route is not smart. Ekweremmadu himself can press for charges for assault but then you and i know that will cost him a lot (in time and money) that is why most African diasporans do such to their politicians when they come visiting in their personal capacities such as this one.

It's a law covering politicians on official assignment abroad. The law quoted has nothing to do with you or any private Nigerian being beaten black and blue in a foreign land.

i am laughing .which one be german nigerians. even if you spend 50 years in Germany and have a German passport. when they ask you where you are from, you can't say you are from Germany.Go and do your research well, The passport can be collected if they commit some grievous offence.Having a German passport is diferent from being a German and Germans hate it when foreigners call themselves German.THE law in Germany is different from Britain and blacks have some level of recognitions in UK.
