Ekweremadu was in Germany to eat new yam on behalf of his family - he purchased a ticket by himself and was not being paid estacode for the journey..

So Nigerian embassy in Germany have no case - in any case where is the Nigerian embassy when Nigerians are being murdered in cold blood in different parts of the world including Africa..
