in coming months they will make Dino politically useless

1. if the appeal court uphold the verdict of the tribunal, FG will use inec to win for smart

2. PDP will find it hard to settle with Dino as he's from the minority tribe of kogi that the incumbent and contestant came from

3. Dino will be politically confused maybe to prepare for rerun and governorship at the same time, I see him backing off in governorship race but he will lost out In the senatorial election

this is nothing but a political tactics to delete him politically

Melaye (PDP) was declared winner in the February election by INEC but Senator Smart Adeyemi (APC) approached the tribunal, challenging INEC declaration on three grounds of irregularities, over voting and non compliance with the electoral acts.

That is how you tender your case at a tribunal. state the grounds which there were irregularities and then you prove them.
Not that today you will say server, tomorrow you will say SSCE, another day you say the tribunal should feel the pulse of the nation.

There was a Nigerian who was sentenced to life in prisonment in Indonesia but the guy appealed and got death penalty. Dino should better go for another election ...he might end up being sacked without another opportunity of recontesting ....just a word of advice
