Here aside from top soil remover which is 150mm standard, we also did cut and fill of the land. Little bit sloppy terrain

The foundation trench is not in the same level due to the nature of the land, so we step the foundation in some area that is why we have 1m depth and a bit lesser than 1m depth in some area from NGL.

Don’t forget we need to follow building standard here(as usual) so that the building can stand the test of time.
