Let me try rephrase: A lot more than 80 people are involved in scam and using vehicle purchase to launder the proceed, Nigerians and non-Nigerians.
One of the major reason I am reluctant to stock almighty pure-water Corolla 03-07 , you will see high auction participation for the vehicle thus sold at ridiculous price, and conversely selling lower than cost price in Naija: scammers only care about quick gratification (launder the stolen funds) not profit.
