Chad, Somalia, DRC, Mali, Sudans, Libya, Nigeria....you know what these countries have in common? a large proportion of their countries are effectively controlled by Islamists and bandits. You should be the last people to ever throw shade at any other country
I understand your grouse and equally condemn the unabashed trolling by AskHarem, but please next time,be factual in your claims.

"A large proportion" of Nigeria is NOT "effectively" controlled by any islamist group or bandits. In the case of Nigeria,we only have insurgency in a pocket of one state in the North East(out of 37 states) and even at that, it isn't what I would term effective control. Please research your claims appropriately.

" The CAS also used the opportunity to express the profound gratitude of the Service to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, President Muhammadu Buhari, for the priority given to NAF’s efforts in maintaining its platforms and equipment as well as the support given to acquire new platforms such as the A-29 Super Tucano, JF-17 fighter aircraft, Mi-35M, Augusta A-109 Power and AW-139 helicopters".

why don't you just forget about those proposed acquisition?

You must have been drinking contaminated liquor when you wrote that Chief ( joke grin ) They have zero power over Nigeria, I mean, give examples.
Any military can put on great parades with shinny rarely used tools and clean troops, but deploy them for a few months to a few years, then see something totally different.
Hard power in terms of Economic size? Nope.
Military? Nope
Population, no.
wealth? Not even close.
So where does that soft and hard power come from?

You cannot call something that you've never tested a bomb. The SA program was limited to crude nuclear technology, hence they say it would have been similar to Hiroshima or Nagasaki....40 years after the fact.

It was a vast project yes, with lots of technical information that needed to be "dismantled" but not operational or even tested nuclear weapons.

Must say I've never read any foreign government or investigative piece that even suggested we did not have nuclear technology and atom bombs, from friendly and unfriendly sources.

I also don't understand what's wrong with the delivery method or type of bomb? Most people are killed with knives, invented 1000's of years ago, yet they still kill.

Does the Namibian Armed Forces even get involved in any engagements on the Continent? I did some research and all I found was some Angolan border monitoring in the early 2000s and a micro role in the UN Mission To Liberia.
