I tell people that if Government wants to trace you, you are toast. It’s either they don’t have your time yet or you haven’t offended them enough yet. Some will say Naija doesn’t have the same capacity. Be there forming anonymous handle, you hear?.In our days of students' unionism, a comrade from Ekiti State Uni was arrested in Katsina and told his life stories (beer brand, girlfriend, etc) while being interrogated. The guy was rudely shocked. Baba quitted students unionism after his release. Big brother is watching you! State power is immense especially in the 21st Century. Your bank & SM accounts, your emails, phone calls & records, where you go, whom you associate with. In short your life is fair game, so stay clean & safe otherwise you’re dessert. my exact response to claims of inability to track people. One dude owing a coy was tracked to his village in the heart of the east and was brought back to Lagos.

Haven worked a number of years in a law firm that interacted extensively with investigative bodies like the efcc, I understand what those ladies are saying on this. If and when almighty govt becomes fed up with you for real, YOU GO KNOW.Do people even know that many people, friends in their neighbourhoods, offices are paid informants of DSS, Police and DMI? SFU and DSS are about the most high tech in Nigeria. They use it just that it depends on your pocket, the police can track your stolen phone and this is not hearsay I've seen them in action and led to the recovery of my friend's phone. In fact a buyer of a stolen phone admitted this 2 Fridays ago at Utako Market, because he was accosted by the police when a phone was tracked. It's not a new all they need is YOur IMEI no on the pack of the phone costs about 5k I think..just walk into any state CID
