Federal Government should use the terrorist as a scape goat.
Buhari also labelled Fela Kuti a terrorist and imprisoned him in the 80's. He is known worldwide as a tyrant

His citizenship can be withdraw if he is declared terrorist and a treat to the kingdom.
It's just that Buhari is not ready for him, if Buhari want him in the country in the next 48 hours he will be repatriated.
Story!

For your mind, you think Britain is like Nigeria where rule of law and due process is not followed.
It's practically impossible for the uk government to repatriate her citizen who had been leaving there under the confinement of the law.
Kanu was proscribed a terrorist without following due process, the uk government and rest of the world is aware of that and the corrupt nature of the nigerian government.

A little something to punder about, can a well known issis terrorist go to UK or any where in the world and stay comfortably and freely yet expressing their agitation just like Kanu and ipob.
Only the nigerian government sees Kanu as a terrorist not the rest of the world

As we speak to you, sowore is still in DSS underground cell. Collectively or aggregately,Yorubas are coward!

However, there is a suit in UK, asking the FG to prove why they should extradite Nnamdi Kanu ,the FG lawyers didn’t show up.

You think other countries think like you zoogerians?!

Your govt should exert such energy first in repatriating all stolen loot stashed in different countries of the world, if it has the power!!

It's true.

But he can also first renounce his citizenship of Nigeria. In which case UK cannot withdraw his citizenship as that would be against international law.

Delusions of grandeur.
When barawo bubu, as a military dictator, wanted Umaru Dikko in the country, why did he not get him repatriatedhuh
Why did he resort to diplomatic crate that failed woefully as every thing that the incompetent dullard has ever touched?
Can we try to use the thing on top of our necks before we type and talk?

The foiled Nigerian kidnap plot

https://ichef.bbci.co.uk/news/320/media/images/64014000/jpg/_64014416_dikko_plane624.jpg

The drugged ex-minister was put in a crate and taken to an airport where a plane was waiting

In London in 1984, a team of Nigerians and Israelis attempted to kidnap and repatriate the exiled former Nigerian minister Umaru Dikko. Mr Dikko, who had fled Nigeria after a military coup, was accused of stealing $1bn (£625m) of government money.

The plot was foiled by a young British customs officer, Charles David Morrow, who has now told the BBC World Service Witness programme what happened.

On a summer's day, Mr Dikko walked out of his front door in an upmarket neighbourhood of Bayswater in London. Within seconds he had been grabbed by two men and bundled into the back of a transit van.

"I remember the very violent way in which I was grabbed and hurled into a van, with a huge fellow sitting on my head - and the way in which they immediately put on me handcuffs and chains on my legs," he told the BBC a year later.

Mr Dikko had been minister for transport in the government of Shehu Shagari until it was overthrown by the military at the end of 1983. He fled to London accused by Nigeria's new rulers of embezzlement - a charge he has always denied.

Labelled "Nigeria's most wanted man", a plot was hatched to get both him and the money back.

The extraordinary plan was to kidnap Mr Dikko, drug him, stick him into a specially made crate and put him on a plane back to Nigeria - alive.

What are they repatriating him for? They just need to drug him and crate him, label the crate exotic wine export. Have Magu at airport to receive the cargo. Simple!

Before that will happen, I hope the Nigerian government will also explain to the British government why they send python dance to kill armless group of ipob demonstrating for secession, and how KANUs house was attacked by soldiers and many of his people killed

Nigeria is a sovereign nation, we are not answerable to British government.
You can't be calling yourself a British citizen and come down to Nigeria to cause havoc

.

All the government needs to do is gain an order from a court declaring Kanu a wanted fugitive, lets not forget, Kanu lawyer had demanded in court that the military provide kanu, but here he is allegedly placing bounties up and down, proof that he absconded trial and skipped bail.

If FG gets that order, a simple review of Biafran literature and edicts as issued by Kanu via Radio Biafra and social media handles is enough for the UK to ship him down to Nigeria, same thing with Israel (both Nations have zero tolerance for separatists of any kind).

The British Government will revoke his citizenship instantly. The only option left to Kanu will be to fight it in British court, gather his past social media interviews (especially the one where he open insulted her Majesty the queen) and other digital receipts and Present it to interpol and in British court against him and he will be in Nigeria faster than you can imagine.

Kanu should not tempt fate, having escaped a Nigerian gulag, others locked with him weren't so lucky
You dont know what you are talking about. For starters, you are wrong when you said that UK and Israel dont tolerate separatists of any kind. Israel is in regular talks with Palestine about its lands in Israel and on some occasions, Israel actually evicted its citizens to hand over land to Palestine. Britain granted Northern a referendum in 1971, and Scotland in 2014.

When it comes to Nnamdi Kanu, a foreign court order is not enough to get Britain to repatriate its citizen to another country. That citizen has a right to challenge such repatriation in a British court of law. All Kanu will have to show is that he could not stand trial in Nigeria because the Government sent Soldiers to kill him in his house. No British court will send it's own citizen to a country where his or her life has been threatened

As for stripping Kanu of his British citizenship, that's a tall order. Terrorism is one of the few reasons a British citizen can be stripped of his citizenship, however, Britain does not consider Kanu or IPOB to be terrorists. If they did, Kanu and his deputy, Uche Mefor, would have been behind bars long ago. Both men are regularly travelling in and out of Britain

The reason neither the USA or Britain consider Kanu to be a terrorist is that terrorism must be an action. It cannot be spoken words alone. A terrorist or terrorist group must be an organisation that is armed and killing people. IPOB and Kanu are not armed and have not killed anybody. So no matter what Kanu has said with his mouth, he will never be considered a terrorist by that alone.
