Our society and how things work in it made it so

Yes it's okay, I got mine 3 months before ITA.
Update: When I submitted my application, I also attached my most current payslips for the last 3 months.

The thing is I had one PCC done in Nov 2018 for Chinese consulate. I'm pre-ITA expecting to have ITA by October 2019. Is it safe to say I could use my 2018 PCC again?
no you can't use it, nigeria PCC is valid for only 3 months. However it's validity gets locked up after submitting your express entry application

Not completely accurate, there are additional factors to consider (see attached screenshot). He/She can use it if:
1. it was issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row
2. it is not for the country where you currently live

For example, for my application - I used expired Nigeria PCC because it met the two conditions above and my eligibility and criminality have been passed.
More details here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/apply-permanent-residence/police-certificates.html

hmm what is the validity of nigeria PCC? hmm you guys are playing with rejection cum ban. you are past eligibilty and criminality DOESN'T IN NO WAY STATE YOU ARE TOTALLY CORRECT IN YOUR APPLICATION.on this same issue last year someone got a ban after PPR was issued , yes you heard right, why ? he didnt notify them he has a business he operates along is paid employment.

just in case you forget the disclaimer, if a case of misrepresentation was found in your application, my dear na straight deportation, even if you are the prime minister of Canada then. MY TWO KOBO

Long post alert!

I am sorry I will sound either like a Didimus or as a broken chord to some..
CC: @Cochtr.ane @,ju.stwise, @To.psmamen, @Ladymar.shall, @iaa.tmguy @St.encil and concerned citizens.

Is there a way we can have PPR gists getting dropped here verified by our scorers first before awarding marks? If only to prove the individual in question is real. I mean, I could easily create another moniker (right?), wait like 2-3months, observe this thread as a guest and then come up later with a PPR story while claiming I was a silent reader all through! Certainly, people will not question me and my so-termed gist will still end up with multiple likes and well-wishing comments depending on my craftiness.

This is Nairaland! As a result of its facelessness, there is no denying the fact that most of NL's threads here are saturated with people living fake lives on it: thus, can not rule out the possibility of people coming up with fake testimonies in this thread as well, blending perfectly in the shades of the genuine ones. Believe it, I have seen enough things (not adding up at times) to make me arrive at this conclusion and come up with the suggestion above and the one below subsequently. I just read the last-in PPR gist earlier and it was quite obvious the recipient is well known to some of the in-house gurus and even interacted with them at one time or the other. That was clearly an example of a true PPR story! However, these stories in totality are not always what they seem they are!!

I will further suggest that for PPR gists having new claim(s) in them, we should encourage that an evidence (screenshot or something else to back it up) be attached to such gists. Like recently, there was post that mentioned the successful use of 100% pension fund as POF (well if I interpreted that correctly that is). That in itself is a potential page 1 of Part 9's material as I have always known that 25% of this is only what is accessible and usable in this regard. In the absence of an evidence though, I bet most of us will be yet scared of risking 100% pension use; to avoid learning the hard way which will possibly be the rejection way!

To the worrisome trend here now i.e the way newbies and/or "some agents" are eagerly dishing out infos that are either partially incorrect or absolutely false to others who are bent on cutting corners like the typical Nigerians we are. Our rapid-response answers-seeking squad, readily and more apparently, ignore the advice to read and digest page 1 in order to stay equipped for this
PLEASE CAN someone summarize the post

Our rapid-response answers-seeking squad, readily and more apparently, ignore the advice to read and digest page 1 in order to stay equipped for this journey. While some will even deliberately insult you just because you called them out to this page or other relevant threads, others are more fond of creating more monikers now just to ask those same questions over and over again. In their quest to derail this thread, they often go ahead to answer that question with their other moniker (I know I once stated this in an old post.. just can't but help repeating same) once the gurus or the renowned knowledgeables ignore such questions. I remember someone came in recently with a handle and in a ridiculous fashion, became a specialized prophet of CRS cut-offs for subsequent draws. He would go at will for the heads of those who challenged or dare to put him on track back then!
I pray grace and speed to all of us in this thread with genuine intentions and blessings to all those toiling day and night to ensure our dreams translates into realities. You guys are our own exotic species and you will always have our love and support.
Bro first off, you have set record as the first person to tell us long post alert without PPR to follow grin. I actually thought it was your PPR announcement. You really have spoken well as regards that which we have been battling on the thread for a while now and that is the need for research and due diligence on this important life journey just to avoid repetition of already answered questions But as regards the fake PPR stories, I really don't fully agree with you o, I doubt if with the not so easy nature of this process, anyone will have it within them to post a fake PPR story just for clout just as we have everywhere on social media now. As regards moniker change, na fear of VPA (village people's association) dey cause some people to do that o my brother. Then no wan cast ni. For the pension matter that you mentioned I guess what the man meant was that he used 25% of his pension as 100% POF. Na OG the man go be grin. I remember some time back where someone with the same family size complained about delay in getting his family's PPR, I'm guessing he is the one.
Making it mandatory to preconfirm PPRs before posting on the thread ruins the spontaneity and the fun as people will feel even more less obliged to doing that. Your every concerns are quite understandable because of our dear country but I can tell you to an extent that the case has been different on this thread. Selflessness and good will lives here I must tell you but that won't stop us from being cautious or letting down our guard. God bless us all bro cheesy!

Dear good people,
Please help me with the below questions:

1. In my last work place, the job title stated on my employment letter was different from the position my manager asked me to assume, although it was in the same department but it was in a different unit. Which title should I write in my EE profile. Is it the one on my letter or what I actually did there? NB- The job descriptions are quite similar and they are both category A jobs
2. The first job I ever did is a Category C job. So, since it doesn't qualify for the EE, should I include it under Work experience while creating my profile or remove it?
3. If I remove it, should it form part of the number of work experience I have gathered over time?
4. Does creating a PNP profile negatively affect ones chances of being picked in the EE pool by the Federal?
5. How many PNPs can one register for?
6. Can you please suggest provinces one can apply to?

1. Your actual duties are more important as job titles don't mean much.
2. Remove it, it's an ineligible NOC skill type.
3. This should go under your work history (post-ITA) as it does not give you additional points.
4. No, it does not.
5. You can apply to multiple PNPs at the same time.
6. Depends on whether you meet the requirements of the province. Check this page and look up each province to see which is favorable for you.

If this is your score you can do it, had something similar july last year. Rewrote in August (4 weeks gap) and had LRWS 8,7.5,7,8. So you can do it. Don't give it too much space, practice with ieltsliz, learn the rules you can do it.
