Though I haven't seen any pictorial proofs, I want to believe by combination of conjecture and hunch that President Buhari put aside presidential dignity and diplomatic protocols to go to Japan a couple days ahead of the scheduled TICAD conference to spearhead FDI exploration in the Asian country. Therefore, if he could successfully come home with concrete commitments with respect to some corporate investments, infrastructural development support and financial grants, then the conference can be regarded as a success.
