And yet he was invited to the G7 summit twice, 2015 and 2017 (check the lists above).
He became lifeless after 2017, hence the need to stop inviting him

An overflogged issue, of course na Mynd44 go push am to front page with no comments at all, awon zombies them,

Don't bring up past summit to justify the fact that Buhari was not invited, it is a shame to the largest country in Africa with supposedly the largest economy, the theme of this year's summit as stated in G-7 official Web page said “In addition to South Africa, four countries playing a leading role on the continent and which are players in multilateral cooperation, committed to preserving biodiversity and ambitious implementation of the Paris Agreement on climate change, are also invited to the Biarritz Summit and to several preparatory meetings.”

Key word to note is "playing major roles in the continent" meaning naija still dey among the small leagues, as in we nor reach for economy, scientific, multilateral or intercountry development, nothing nothing, we just dey there for Africa like that, y'all defending bullshit should hide in shame for real.
O come on! "Playing major roles on the continent" because of the positions they hold, which are

1) Past chair of the AU

2) Current chair of the AU

3) Incoming chair of the AU

4) Chair of NEPAD

5) Chair of Sahel 6.

Use your brain!

You say that we shouldn't compare Nigeria with SA, yet you are comparing the fact that SA was invited to the 2019 summit with the fact that Nigeria was not invited. You are very funny o!

Pls don't compare MAJOR roles to POSITIONS, pretty sure G7 wouldn't mistake one for the other. I am waiting for where I compared SA with naija, pls tell me, cos my issue naija not among the countries invited, I never said becos S.A was invited then Nigeria should be too, did I?

You are just as bad, if not worse, than those you have listed for lampooning.
Where were you when the same Reno Omokri was defending Buhari factually against the CAN on attendance at the meeting of OIChuh

Islamization agenda: Omokri backs Buhari, faults CAN; says Jonathan, Obasanjo attended OIC meetings

Reno Omokri, former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, on Sunday, faulted the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, for criticising President Muhammadu Buhari for attending the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation summit a day after he was inaugurated into office for a second term.

DAIY POST had reported that the President of Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Rev. Samson Ayokunle, on Saturday berated President Muhammadu Buhari for attending the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation summit 24 hours after his inauguration.

CAN insisted that Buhari’s attendance at the OIC was unconstitutional and confirmed worries about the alleged Islamisation agenda.

In a statement by his Media Aide, Pastor Adebayo Oladeji, the CAN President said as Buhari begins his second term in office, he should have a blueprint for the security challenges facing the country as well as avoid lopsided appointments in every facet of the government, “especially in the appointment chief security officers.”

But reacting, Omokri, in a tweet said CAN was wrong for attacking Buhari, adding that ex-President Goodluck Jonathan is a Christians but attended OIC meetings.

He wrote: “It is wrong for CAN to condemn @MBuhari for attending Organisation of Islamic Cooperation meetings.

“Ex-President Jonathan is a Christian, but attended OIC meetings. I don’t like OIC. But I accept that Nigeria is multi-religious #FreeLeahSharibu #RenosDarts”

GOOD GOD ALMIGHTY!!!

So you don't have roles based on positions??

So the president of Nigeria does not have certain roles that he is expected to play based on the position he holds??

You just compared Nigeria to SA again in this post that I have just quoted.

You say that those countries were invited based on the roles they play. That means South Africa was invited based on the role it plays, which means it was not playing that role when it was not invited??

Have sense for once, na all of us go carry the shame las las which is already manifesting with the recent reportage these days, we are already been sidelined in major key roles in Africa talk more of the world, there are bad stereotypes already in the air regarding Nigerians, let that sink in.

This is not about defending or attacking Buhari.
It is about sharing facts with verifiable sources of evidence.
i am not a fan of Buhari just as Reno Omokri is also not his fan. However facts are sacred and should be vigorously shared to extinguish, or at least reduce the darkness that envelopes us all and holds us down in collective poverty and deprivation of modern basics of life.

Hopefully it is a sign that our dear nairaland is returning to its past glory days of meaningful discussions to uplift our country up to where we belong in the comity of nations.

Did you not see " and discussions on other pressing issues and preparatory meetings? Why was Nigeria sidelined for that? And how am I comparing S.A? The conclusion is and we all know that Nigeria wasnt invited for the G-7 this year. And you opinion is that it is because of the status of our economy under president buhari isnt it? Now I put is to you what do you want us to do? Kill ourselves because we are not there? If you are not happy go complain for villa you are a nigerian na. If you like hit your head on the ground for 1million times that tall former head of states and a general is now your president either you like it or not. If you dont agree he is your president, join a group like shite who do not believe in the constitution of Nigeria and what you deserve will be accord you. Kids everywhere. When president Buhari is done 2023, osibanjo becomes your president for 8 years then el rufai will take over for another 8 years then we will return to south south and back to south west then straight to the north again. All under the APC party that is your number one headache. By that time you go done dey...........

Reno understood the intellectual configuration of the average IPOB youths and most of their brains have been corroded with hate and even their university graduates most times are caught in the web of cluelessness.

Firstly, it was Kanu propagating the news about a cloned 76 year old Jubril of Sudan and one wonders how almost 70% of the SE (IPOB) believed that absurd claim which defies normal human logic.

Currently, the stupidity reached the highest height when some unscrupulous entities claimed Buhari was not in Japan and one will but wonder how low a people can go to with such magnitude of mental incapabilities.

Little research on the prime minister of Japan social media page will relief the ignorant people that Buhari was truly in Japan coz the pics of all the invited presidents was on the prime minister’s page.

Reno understood that most of his fan base are intellectually handicapped, and coz they have been re-born with a culture of first degree hate they will believe any absurd claim even if it’s from the devil.

@OP, trying to educate these guys will just be like trying to beat a dead pig coz no matter how much you try they will always wallow in their self-created lies coz hatred is what fuels their passion.
Truer words have never been spoken.
God bless you for this true piece sir.

Kids that their mothers are still sending recharge cards to are the ones you guys worry yourself over. When she is done this morning and check the balance of her 50mb daily sub, she knows how to start flashing whoever sends her 100naira for data. You will see how she will start claiming she became a grand mother last year now just watch. Someone still being mothered or fathered isnt yet independent and you cant expect much from such. She will soon groe up give her time my brother.
