Ok. So i just realized this piece of scam is on fp. We must shut this crap down. This communique will not work. It should be withdrawn. Example - #1 point of agenda is to conduct joint air operation for surveillance of forest. How do you do such air operation? Do you have license to operate reconnaisance equipments? What activitoes would these air surveillance monitor? #2 Restrain foot movement of herders and cattle. Why? This looks like the security is targeting a specific trade. Why not just say supervision and monitoring of all suspicious activities with probable cause for injury, harm, fatality and or infraction of law. This will cover kidnap generally/ herdsmen with weapons/armed robbery/ ritualists/arsonists/vandals/baby factory/human trafficking/ya hoo/yahoo+/yahoo++/assassins/etc.... Restrain fulani herdsmen and cow is too direct and makes that ethnic group and their trade the sole target of security watch in East. Not good! Recall this communique and reissued with political responsibility. |
