I never thought critics would praise the Joker movie like that.

I wanna see how Marvel will respond to a DC film franchise where directors are given the freedom to make standalone films without the burden of trying to connect to some bigger shared universe.

And now with the rave reviews from critics...this movie will be successful.

It's a shame that the Academy keeps snubbing Joaquin Phoenix.
I hopes he gets an Oscar this year, it's long overdue.
