The substitution was necessary but misused. Haba! If they are going to ffuck shit up this season again then they atleast owe us the decency of doing it DIFFERENTLY. And entertain us while at it: say for example, Varane can run up to Benzeema and pull-down his pants when he's about to score in Elclassico.

Mendy was good at the defense but mediocre going forward--at least compared to what we're accustomed to seeing from Marcelo.

But maybe that's a reasonable trade off to make since we don't exactly lack creative players. Or maybe I should cut him some slack seeing he's new to the league
