Kevin Hart was involved in a vehicle collision in the early hours of Sunday morning in the hills of Malibu.

The 40-year-old comedian reportedly sustained a 'major back injury' when his vintage Plymouth Barracuda veered off the road and down a hill off of Mulholland Highway around 1am, according to TMZ.

Kevin who was 'not driving' at the time was 'trapped' in the vehicle with two other people, just hours after he posted to social media behind the wheel of the classic car.

Photos from the scene of the collision were equally as horrific, showing his vintage '70s vehicle completely totaled.

The top of the classic ride was completely gone with a smashed windshield on top of a missing hood.

Afterall it’s called fast cars.
