Hi All, I bought a carton of Hollandia for purpose of celebrating my daughter's birthday today, in preparation for the, last night i opened the carton and what I saw was so disgusting and disheartening, am yet to recover from the sight of the Maggot dancing round the product, though my wife posted it on tweeter and #chihollandiaevap no meaningful response till now. Attached is picture of the product and please we need to be careful with way our kids consumed all this tetra packs product.

I opened the pack and saw the Maggot moving around and a further check shows it came from the product and I could see them coming out of a pack, what is the essence of buying a product if it doesn't meet my expectations.

Was this inside the milk?
Or on the body of the pack
I may be wrong but this looks like a situation were food particles dropped inside the carton and maggots descended on the food particles but got smeared on the body of the milk. Could be poor handling from the retailers.

Sorry about the waste.

Did you check the expiry date?
It could be as a result of leakages from the pack and microbes got hold of the remaining sachets.
Next time, return to the shop you bought it from, I'm sure they have direct contact with CHI's sales agent and the carton would be changed.
Going to the internet to call them out is not the best option.
These companies are smarter now and wouldn't want to lose money through legal actions hence they employ the best lawyers around.

Thanks for your candid advise, but are you aware of the current act that guide consumers now? I have tried reaching the customer care but no breakthrough, so they need to contact me, this is a brand and reputational damage.
