please i cant access wireless update app for the recent OTA update..i think i mistakenly swiped it out when it prompted me to update. i want to see how the camera is after the update cux its really poor now. |

Mizik:Are you sure the screen protector is not covering the proximity sensor. If you are using a screen guard. Something is probably covering the proximity sensor. I experienced it on my own A5 Pro. Remove the screen guard let's see. |

Mizik:Tell him to go to "app manager" in the settings, locate "sensor hub", then wipe both the data and cache. He should also "force stop" the app and restert the phone thereafter. The phone should work properly after this. |
