How do u remove the seedlings from that plastic tray, without disturbing the roots.i am still trying to figure it out,are the individual cells detachable that u can upend it and the rootball will pop out,if it's to put finger and scoop it out,I think it will be more disturbed than doing ordinary soil nursery.

there is a hole underneath each cell all you need to do is get a blunt tool or stick and gibe it a gentle nudge and voila. it will come out with the compacted soil, no disturbance at all
