This issue is simple, this kowema lady should screenshot the said conversation between herself and her client where the client requested for the guy to send his details before she could release the fund and I expect this conversation to be from the past so she should kindly make sure the date of the conversation is shown in the screenshot. From there the MOD can know the way forward cause every finger points this Kowema lady to be a fraud

Your so called client that delayed payment for almost 15 hours only to come back and start accusing, let the mod/reputable people in this thread wage in. I’ll suggest you create a WhatsApp group with you, your Client, a NL mod and the victim(the guy) and do a video call... that’s the way to go

And they are particularly interested that the scammer (Esther Akpan Kowema) who is now using reverse psychology to accuse me is an Ex-convict of fraud. Which is very glaring.

The partner of hers too is (Emi-O) is also joined in the petition to AIG zone 2 as a co-conspirator

No it's not.

When he sent me his full names for a refund, she recognised the name as someone who had scammed her before in the guise of an E-book.
To be double sure if he was or wasn't the same person, that was the point she asked me to tell him to send his ID and Picture.

She also mentioned that the fact that he is a scammer, his full details and pictures are online and I confirmed it was true. The point of asking for his ID and Pic was to be double sure and he declined.

There are other ways she can ascertain if he was the person that truly scammed her without requesting for id. His phone number, e-mail address and/or account details should reveal this. Also, I'll be need evidence that he truly scammed her.

Seriously, I find Esther's actions appalling. Why didn't she forward her account details to her so called 'client' for a refund?

Obviously, she subtracted her commission before sending to her 'client's' account. So, it was expected, that she was supposed to send her account details for a refund, then make up the difference before crediting your account.

She should refund your money asap, cos you transacted with her, and not with her imaginary 'client'.
